Oudtshoorn Municipality’s Main Building & All Pay Offices in the Greater Oudtshoorn Temporarily Closed Due to Confirmed COVID19 Infection

Oudtshoorn, 06 July 2020 – The Municipality’s main building and all municipal pay offices in the Greater oudtshoorn have been temporarily closed with effect from Tuesday, 07 July 2020 till Thursday, 09 July 2020, due to a confirmed COVID19 positive infection.

The temporary closure affects pay offices include Bongolethu, Bridgton, Dysselsdorp and De Rust. Information available at present suggests that in addition to the Municipal main building’s pay office the above offices are also affected.

The offices will reopen on Friday, 10 July 2020. Arrangements have already been done for the offices to be disinfected on Tuesday, 07 July 2020. Citizens and businesses are requested to make payments of their municipal accounts using the following payment options:

Payments into municipal accounts may, meanwhile be paid at Shoprite, Checkers, Pick & Pay and Spar. Cashiers at these outlets are able to inform consumers of the amount due for payment for the current month.
