Grievances about Mobile Toilets in Informal Settlements Discussed
The Oudtshoorn Municipality, Bidvest and the Informal Settlements Forum (ISF) held a meeting on 01 October 2021. The meeting focused on resolving the grievances which the residents of the informal settlement had regarding the toilets they received from Bidvest.
Oudtshoorn Municipality Shows Appreciation to Health Workers
Oudtshoorn Municipality showed their appreciation to the staff of the Oudtshoorn Hospital by gifting them with “A hug in a mug” as a figurative hug with all the trimmings of a real hug. These “hugs” were handed over by deputy mayor of the Greater Oudtshoorn, Cllr Gevan Juthe on 14 October 2021.
