Oudtshoorn Municipality, one of the two Western Cape beneficiaries of the South African Local Government Association (SALGA) Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for COVID19 cheerfully welcomed the gesture as Executive Mayor, Cllr. Chris Macpherson received the gifts last week.
