Oudtshoorn Municipality Approves Financial Rescue Budget
The Oudtshoorn Municipal budget which was passed last week is according the town’s administrator, Mr. Kam Chetty the first step towards financial recovery and an exercise in what he termed as ‘financial funambulism’.
